Grass-Fed Beef quarter DETAILS

Estimated total: ~$740 (includes processing estimate)

Fill your freezers for 2024 on our grass-fed, grass-finished beef! You can expect to get 80-100 lbs. of take-home beef (mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, etc.). Quantity and your final total is based on the final hanging weight (ranges from 130-180 lbs., depending on your animal size). You will work with one of our preferred local butchers in southeastern Wisconsin to have your order processed exactly as you like. Price above includes a processing cost estimate (which is paid directly to butcher at pick-up). All beef must be picked up by the customer at our preferred local butcher. We do not ship any of our beef.
Our beef quarters will be available August-December 2024, and reservations are required. Reservations open in January and require a $200 deposit to hold. Deposits will be applied to your final beef total.

Includes a mix of steaks, roasts, stew meat, soup bones, and ground beef from our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished organic certified steers. A typical bundle will include a selection of ground beef, steaks, roasts, soup or marrow bones, and stew meat.

Our chickens are pasture-raised across our lush pastures during the growing season, eating grass, leaves, and insects. Their diverse diet is reflected in their flavor. Demand is high for our tasty eggs, and they are never around long. Available for order through the Ozaukee Area REKO Ring, West Bend REKO Ring, or by appointment on the farm.
100% Grass-fed tallow balm
$15 per 2 oz container
We started making tallow balm as another way to use one of our farm products, and it has been a HIT! This stuff is amazing for healing and relieving dry skin, whether on your feet, hands, or elsewhere. It absorbs so well as has been our go-to for keeping hands conditions through all types of farm and gardening work. Our tallow balm is offered through the West Bend REKO Ring, Ozaukee REKO Ring, and at the DreamPort Harvest Market in Port Washington.
Scents Available: unscented, lavender, lemongrass, rose geranium
Ingredients: 100% grass-fed tallow from Bossie Cow Farm, organic WI-grown sunflower oil, essential oils (for scent).
